Book, Music & Lyrics by Jay Adana
A pop musical about two friends who build an audience out of their pain and lose each other in the process.
Jordan and Avery are comedians and best friends who go viral after turning their eviction into a musical remix. As their online following explodes, so does the pressure to keep performing the worst parts of their lives. They are grieving but instead of facing it, they package it. Over the course of the show, buried blame surfaces, the friendship fractures, and the performance spirals into collapse, leaving one in rehab and the other alone. But like funny.
